This class begins with a talk, followed by a step-by-step demo, introducing the concept of Raw Foods and the benefits of including such foods in our meals. Recipes include nut milks, warm drinks, nut pates, cereal bars and cauliflower rice sushi.
Course description The classes begin with a talk about the nutritional and functional aspects of the dishes to be demonstrated. Each class focuses on a specific topic, including Superfoods, Healthy Snacks, Raw Kitchen and Healing Foods. Following the initial talk, a step-by-step demonstration is made and, in some classes, the students have an opportunity to practice some of the skills learned. The courses last for 2 ½ to 3 hours, depending on the interest and participation of the group. We like to follow the flow of the class, making sure all questions have been answered and all customers are satisfied!
Overview of course material On the day of the class, each student will receive a printout with the recipes and nutritional information for that specific class. This will be distributed before the beginning of the course so that additional notes can be taken.
