CrockFit 2 at The Willow

Join Alex Crockford, our fitness expert, on a 12-week programme to get yourself fit after the festive indulgences. Alex will meet you at The Willow every fortnight to run through the fitness programme that you will undertake 5 times a week at home (average time 15-30 minutes) to explain everything you need to know. Your progress will be monitored through your journey to a new you.
