Join Alex Crockford, our fitness expert, on a 12-week programme to get yourself fit. Alex will meet you at The Willow every fortnight to run through the fitness programme that you will undertake 5 times a week at home (average time 15-30 minutes) to explain everything you need to know. Your progress will be monitored through your journey to a new you.
Alex and the team will also be on hand via social media throughout the 12 weeks to support you and your fellow #Willowfit colleagues to help you along the way!
No dumbbells, no grueling gym sessions, just you and your body weight striving to get lean!
